Proposed new phrasing for UAE:

 If you truly wish to be politically correct, the correct phrasing should  be:

 "The system is now integrity-challenged. This has been caused by  
[application name]. This situation is not due to any inherent fault of  
[application name]'s but rather to negative environmental factors well 
beyond [application name]'s control, possibly including, but by no 
means limited to, uncaring and cruel compilers, peer applications who 
do not respect [application-name]'s unique and meaningful contributions 
to the system, and differently-clued users."
