	APPLE SHUNNED FOR BENEFITS POLICY.  Apple's plans
	to build an $80 million office complex near Austin,
	TX, are in jeopardy. County officials have refused
	to give the company a property tax abatement because
	of Apple's policy of giving health benefits to unwed
	and same-sex partners.
