A kindergarten teacher was observing her classroom of children while they
drew. She would occasionally walk around to see each child's artwork. As
she got to one little girl who was working diligently, she asked what the
drawing was.
The girl replied, "I'm drawing God."
The teacher paused and said, "but no one knows what God looks like."
"Well," the little girl replied, without looking up from her drawing,
"they will in a minute."

One summer evening, during a violent thunderstorm, a mother was tucking
her small boy into bed. She was about to turn off the light when he asked
with a tremor in his voice, "Mommy will you please sleep with me tonight?"
The mother smiled and gave him a reassuring hug. "I can't dear, I have
to sleep in Daddy's room."
A long silence was broken at last by his shaking little voice, "The
big sissy!"
